Or date when printed. Supplements list does allow dosage amounts to be entered. Only allows for one persons data . Doesn’t allow entry of prescription #, date, when refill would be due , pharmacy name and number, medical provider. If you're elderly like me, there's a lot of meds. But, you can only print first two. WTH?! Make it so you can record additional family members with their name and/or picture printed on the header of the printout. 2. Add a place to list all surgeries. 3. Add a place that you can take picture of insurance cards and print on printout. 4. Give the option to select what you wanted have printed. I.e. only Rx or all categories All the above is required when you go to a doctor. This would facilitate having the information all in one place. I really hope that you consider these changes as there is no other apps that has these features. I used to use the Wellness app but Walmart deleted it 😞 ### 5/5 — This App Is The One!!! *2021-12-06, version 2.22* I love it. It was so easy to add my RX’s!! Also there are 3 categories: medication, supplements and immunizations.
