## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-07-29

NEW: Medical Devices tab
• US device market entries, live from the FDA: original PMA approvals (high-risk devices — the device equivalent of a new-drug approval), 510(k) clearances and De Novo grants, and recent recalls
• Search by device, manufacturer, or specialty; every entry links to the official FDA database record

NEW: Drug+Device badge
• EU medicines with an integral device — implants, inhalers, pre-filled pens — are now flagged on the Europe tab, with a plain-language glossary entry

IMPROVED: Clearer answers for brand-new medicines
• Searching for a medicine that has just received a positive CHMP opinion now explains its exact status and the estimated EU decision date, instead of showing "no match"

IMPROVED: Biomarkers tab
• Plain-language explanation for every biomarker and a curated reference link
• The medicines a biomarker unlocks now link straight to their EMA product page

### 1.3.2 — 2026-07-15

New in this update:

• Biomarkers & Companion Diagnostics — a new Europe-centered tab indexing the actionable biomarkers behind targeted therapy. For each biomarker (EGFR, ALK, BRAF, HER2, PD-L1, BRCA, MSI-H and more) see the validated test method (per the SmPC, under the EU IVD Regulation) and the EU-authorised medicines the result unlocks — then compare them side by side, down to the full label.

• Search by molecular target — type a target such as EGFR, PD-1, PARP or CD20 to instantly pull up the matching drug class(es) for side-by-side comparison.

As always: an information aid for professionals, not medical advice — always verify against the official EMA SmPC.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-07-12

Compare a whole drug class side by side — now from the Europe tab too. Type a disease (for example multiple sclerosis, renal cell carcinoma, psoriasis, or myasthenia gravis) and DrugRadar lines up its therapies with their EU and US approval dates and companies.

• Read the full EU SmPC and US prescribing information for every drug in a class, in one comparison.
• Much larger disease library spanning oncology, neurology, immunology and more.
• Smarter, more accurate disease search.
• Stability fixes and refinements.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-11

Compare a whole drug class at once. Search a disease - like CML - and compare all its treatments side by side (for example, the six CML tyrosine kinase inhibitors), each with its FDA and EMA approval dates, drug class, and indication.

Plus the latest FDA and EMA approvals, including newly added cell & gene therapies.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-07-09

• Fixed: some recently authorised EU medicines were missing from the Europe list (e.g. seladelpar/Lyvdelzi for PBC, zuranolone/Zurzuvae)
• New: "Back to drug" button when jumping from a medicine to its Phase 3 trials
• Fixed: view now scrolls to the top when switching tabs
• Smoother scrolling when opening and closing a medicine's detail sheet
• The information-only disclaimer is now re-confirmed every 30 days
• Updated in-app feature tour, including how often the data refreshes
