These types of games are my favorite but I can’t afford to buy what should, by rights, be free. I don’t mind commercials. Not everyone can afford to buy games. There’s plenty of free games out there. This isn’t the first game I’ve had to delete when I discovered that after a certain level you had to purchase the rest. ### 1/5 — No good *2020-05-30* I use to play the pc version and I love it. Saw the app and download it, but it was nothing like the real game. Keep having a black screen, and there's no way to pass level 13. 5 bucks thrown away. Won't even bother playing it again. Not worth the effort. 👎🏽👎🏽 I got the new version, and got to lvl 6. Just before finishing the lvl, it freezes up. Tried a couple of times. Game keep freezing and no way to get pass that. Thanks for playing our games! ### 2/5 — Game is good -needs instructions *2017-07-01* I like this match 3 game the music is very nice and play is fun but there is no instructions on how to use the elemental powers - please add! - HEY - level 13 has a glitch and can't be completed (wood box squares with no way to clear them when the icons slide down and do not refill) -- Fix all the levels so icons fill ALL the squares - I love all the other Seven Seas games, I want to FINISH this one too! **Developer response:** We are really sorry about your problem Warnjes13. Thanks for playing our games! ### 2/5 — Glitchy, rigged? *2016-08-18, version 4.0* Paid the $7.99 to unlock all levels. Level 13 cannot be completed - it is a physical impossibility. Click on options - no writing. The only thing you can see is "OK" or "CANCEL". Other buttons are available, but nothing is written on them. At first I was very skeptical about receiving any response but I was very much surprised. I also was stuck on level 13 without any possible way to finish the level. I had purchased the full game and seriously thought I lost my money. I took a chance and found the support contact for this game. I had a response within 24 hours and they did not stop working on this problem until it was fixed! They saw the problem and gave the game an update. Next I actually had a different problem with the new update and within 24 hours they had addressed this problem and also fixed it. I have to say I was very, very pleased with the effort they put into this to make sure everything was working properly. I am new to the Seven Seas games but I am enjoying them very much. I love having the choice of relaxed mode and the characters are fun and I am very pleased with this game. If any is reading this who in the past has had any trouble with this game please try again with the new download and contact customer support if you’re still having any problems. You won’t be sorry. ### 5/5 — VERY GOOD BUT 1 PROBLEM *2017-10-05, version 4.0* Both me and my grandmother where trying to play this game all day. But for some reason. Even in the first level. It freezes and then everything becomes unresponsive. And sometimes the screen goes black and you can’t do anything unless you fully close the app and then reopen it.where both playing on an iPad Pro 10.5 inch.
