### 3/5 — WAS working, now virtually unusable

I used to have ZERO problems with this app. It was easy to customize, the links all worked, and the page showed up in any browser. 

NOW when I use the app, I can’t upload a new background image (it just shows a white background), I can barely change the theme (I keep pushing the select button and nothing happens), and the page doesn’t even show up in a browser (it times out as if it’s suddenly offline). 

A shame since this app did more FOR FREE than what other competitors do under a subscription model.

If these problems are rectified, it might be time to leave.

I don’t know why I’m running into this issue where the app would freeze when trying to add a link my page. It will get stuck on the circular loading screen. 
My way of getting past this was when I turn off my wi fi then turn it back on😒😒
This was not an issue for me before. I used to love this app so much I would recommend it to various people who was looking to put all media links in one place.
Unfortunately now I’m researching other alternatives but in reality I just want this app to work the way it used to and how it was intended to work.

Amazing app, it has been tweaking pretty bad as of lately though. I am having issues getting my page to load, when it has loaded-it’s removed my socials and none of the links work. Hopefully they figure this out, as I prefer their services over any of their competitors.

Not sure what’s going on but I am not able to login into my business page at all, when tapping on the Google sign in it takes me to a screen to create a new account. Please give an update. Thanks!

Just so we're clear, this is probably my second review ever. I should be sleeping cause I have work tomorrow. 

But you guys absolutely killed it, I made my account, and got the link in the bio. This is a must have. Way, way, Way! Better than linktree. 

And it's free!? Plus a shop you can link to? This is a dream come true. Thank you developers for being so good with this app. You're going to help a lot of people.

Love the layout and ability to make it mine. Every link has a description which I love. The referral links are mostly broken and it’s not clear how I can advertise my own business. When I shared my link page with friends they could not open it. I sent to my self and could not open it.

I want to deactivate account and there isn’t a way to do that. Also data collection, payment info, address, phone, DOB? All this makes me nervous about it being legitimate.

This app would have been perfect if it weren’t for minor issues.

1. How do I delete a link or update it?
2. How can I change my email address? 
3. How do I delete my account.

This app has the potential to be 5 stars. Please help with these issues to better the user experience.

1. You can swipe left on a card to update or delete it. We will update the UI to make this more intuitive.
2. As we use the email address as the primary form of ID we currently do not allow changing the email address. You can create a new account with your preferred email ID.
3. Please email reach out on our chat support or email us at help@drum.io to delete your account. We are working on adding this to the app. Apologies for the inconvenience and we are working diligently to keep improving the app.

I saw an ad on instagram and thought i’d try it, it’s pretty good but some issues need to be addressed. so there is no option to change your email address, that i think is an important feature to have. there is also no option to delete your account, this i think is important because if you end up not liking it then deleting your account should be an option. everything else is good though

We have added themes, subscription links, account management and much more. You can delete your account on the settings page and recreate it with your desired email ID. I am extremely surprised that this app is exactly how advertised, you can add links, videos and stuff like that to your page for free as well as the app doesn’t display any advertisements. The only downside I have seen is that I cant seem to delete existing links

It was an excellent app and greatly useful until someone decided to charge a ridiculous monthly fee amount and not even give you the option to at least share your profile or have basic access functions like Linktree and other similar apps. I shared this app with all of my peers in my industry but now I have nothing good to say. For half of their yearly cost you can hire someone to make you a similar landing page with options that match your. Needs

I’ve been using Drum for a few years. FOR FREE by the way. I rebranded and changed things around, I go to share my page only to find that in order to activate my page I now have to subscribe for $9.99/mo. That’s garbage. I understand the need to make money. But if you’re giving it away for YEARS for free? Come on.

About two months ago, Drum silently added a mandatory subscription fee to their webpage to keep your link page active. This service has been free forever, and instead of adding premium features and charging a subscription fee for those, they instead decided to take their existing application and try to extort $9/month to even use it in the first place.

$99/year (their other subscription plan) is ridiculous for a link landing page. If you’re paying that much for it, just build your own website. It would have been awesome to know this was coming before my link page broke entirely until I fork out the $9 to reactivate something I thought was already active (for free). My link has been down for two months so who knows how much engagement I lost because my landing page didn’t exist.
 
Most competitors at least offer a free version of their Link In Bio. Go with any of them.

I have used Drum for 2 years now for work and for my personal business, I loved the unique designs and ability to add pictures and videos to my “link in bio” page. Unfortunately they now charge a subscription. Not worth it when there are free options available.

There’s literary no where I can contact to delete me profile and or account. And no phone number email nothing. Linketree is better.. at least I can delete my account. And change my profile picture

Good things never last.
Drum is switching to a subscription based system, just like linktree did. I loved it while it lasted, but I’m going to be looking into other alternatives.

Only has three options for store (in beta) products. Needs an option that allows vendor to bend digital service (NOT digital download) and must include buyer’s contact email for vendor to establish finer details with buyer. May be useful down the road. For now? Stick to Linktree.

As a digital marketer, I’ve worked with several tools like this, but Drum.io tops them all. It is so innovative, easy to use, and does everything you’d want and more.  Beyond links, you get easy video embeds, images, titles, paragraphs and if you have a LOT to share you can even make collections which are essentially folders.  I made two robust pages in about two hours; one for my firm and one for my own channels.  You can also share content creation and control by just adding an email address.  The themes are clean and easy to change without losing content.  Oh and it makes nice QR codes to share as well.  You usually have to choose two of the three: good, cheap, and easy.  Drum has all of them.

I don't typically review, like at all, but I have to shout out this service!

I have made a beautiful website that is easy to use, and is free, and is easily integrated into my social media platforms!!

I was using Linktree for a long time now and I just wasn't happy that I couldn't explain what was expected to be seen on each of my profiles, and pages, but now, with drum, it's so much easier to show what one can expect to find within the many outlets that I have to express the various talents that I have!

I'm very pleased with the page I have created on Drum and I would seriously recommend this service to anyone who has a lot of areas that they're in, or have a lot of social media accounts!!

Words cannot express just how happy I am about this site!

The only gripe I have with this service is that there's no way to work on my site from my laptop. I would navigate to the drum website itself and there was no option to find your site, or anything. Just an ad to show that the app can be downloaded and anything further will be taken care of on your mobile phone or device.

If there was some way of this becoming "something", I would just be "over the moon"! I understand if this has already been discussed and won't be a thing, and if it has yet to be discussed yet, I would be more than happy to be the one who set those gears in motion!

I would just be so happy, and just so content if this turned into a thing!!
