Man kann quasi endlos mit jeder Menge Drums und Percussion kreativ herum spielen bzw. erstaunlich ernsthaft Musik machen. Die App ist Loop basiert, soll heissen die Grundmuster sind vorgegeben aber vielfach manipulierbar, Instrumente, Lautstärke und Panorama etc. was enorme Möglichleiten bietet. DAZU kommen dann aber auch noch spielbare Pads von diversen Drumsets bis zu gestimmten Drums mit Fell, aus Metall oder Holzpercussion. Zu wirklich akzeptablen Preisen kann man das Ganze auch noch deutlich erweitern. Was ich aber wirklich SEHR vermisse sind Jazz, Blues und Rock Rhythmen!! BITTE zum Nachkaufen anbieten denn dann wäre diese App wirklich unglaublich. ### 3/5 — Super mais inutilisable avec Logic Pro *2024-07-11* Please update with auv3 ### 5/5 — Still fantastic *2024-04-16* I bough this app in 2016, and it’s aging ever so well… So many hidden gems in its programming that I’m still discovering, and that allow to stretch the sounds of the instruments (pitch shift with snap and free; choke decay; filters, just to name a few!). I have been buying a lot of apps for my iPads and some are amazing but this one is a work of pure genius. Try jamming with this over some Blocs Waves creations and you will never run out of new material. The sounds are extremely well recorded and the playing outstanding. Thank you for this. Elle est géniale, en tant que percussionniste je n’ai jamais trouvé d’équivalent en terme de qualité sonore et de jouabilité (c’est la seule que je tolère en remplacement de mes percussions acoustiques) MAIS depuis la sortie de loopy pro et de son incroyable potentiel et de l’arrivée de l’AUV3 le protocole IAA est vieillissant et ça se fait sentir … donc un update AUV3 est urgent d’autant que depuis la dernière version de Loopy pro le MIDI ne fonctionne plus de manière stable dans drumjam 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 ### 5/5 — Gets the creative juices flowing! *2022-12-07, version 1.4.5* I’ll start with the bad. Theirs an annoying delay that occurs when the app is synced with Ableton over wifi via link so using it in a live jam doesn’t work so well. I haven’t tried direct monitoring yet so might give that a try to see if it improves things however anything you record into Ableton will need to be manually adjusted to the grid. Apart from that, I cannot fault the app. Sound quality is really good. Being able to position the instruments around the stereo field and front to back is a really nice touch! It allows you to audition instruments in a way which feels more natural than using pan and reverb. First play with the app, I laid down a percussion groove and was inspired into this great musical journey exploring different styles I normally wouldn’t have come up with. And loved it! I write underground electronic music mostly and had heaps or fun laying a fat wobbly bassline, trippy synth lines and pounding kick over top of the acoustic percussion loop. The percussion from this app kinda drove the mood which was a nice change from having to come up with something on my own. I eventually didn’t keep the percussion in the music because I had some new idea however it was pivotal in setting the mood for the session. Theirs still lots I haven’t worked out with the app yet but so far, I would highly recommend it. Especially for solo musicians looking for some quality sounding percussions to layer music on. ### 5/5 — Fun easy to use *2022-10-25, version 1.4.5* I am really enjoying this app. Love it. Well done. So that’s kind of useless. It’s nice that it sounds good. But I can’t send any of the patterns out. Man kann sehr individuelle percussive Loops damit erzeugen und ausgelassen auf den Pads dazu spielen mit einer großen Auswahl an Drum-Instrumenten. Das macht unglaublich Spaß. AU3 Unterstützung wäre noch sehr wünschenswert. Ansonsten hoffe ich, dass diese App ewig lebt. I like putting it on random mode and groove out for hours at a time… great to play along, learn konnokol a little snippet at time (Konnokol is an wonderful way of singing complex rhythmic patterns and phrases, developed in India from classical Hindustani and Carnatic styles) The sheer volume (ba da bing) of exotic rhythms and rare instrument samples that can be triggered via MIDI/Bluetooth/touchpad is absolutely insane. Every musician should have this. 6 stars because the app has survived the jump from a ton of devices, still performs like a tank, ableton link, whatever you are doing… brilliant!1 ### 5/5 — Nice one *2024-10-14* Very useful, sounds good.
