They said it is a problem with iPhones, but almost everyone has an iPhone. I told them about the problem a week ago and came back and still not fixed. I don’t have time time to waste trying to talk over the phone. Does anyone in the Drury organization have an iPhone and do they use there own app. ### 2/5 — Update *2026-02-27, version iOS App Version 2.5.7* Not working on my iPhone 14 since the update a month ago. Get it back to working please. ### 3/5 — App needs work *2025-08-27, version 2.5.4* This app can stand a major overhaul. I cannot view my past trips, receipts, or make a room selection. It would be nice to have some updating and increased functionality. ### 4/5 — Room key *2025-07-04* I love the app as it is pretty well designed. Drury has a hole has been a favorite hotel of mine and a number one top choice when I’m traveling. I wish, however like other hotel apps that Drury would include a digital room key for the Apple wallet, or to be used within the app. Can also do better by including room service as part of the app as well. ### 3/5 — Great hotels, but app needs some work to get 5 stars. *2025-05-03* Drury has great hotels and staff, but app needs some work to get 5 stars from me. When searching for an existing reservation using my name and confirmation number, that information does find my reservation, but that info is not saved. Part of the problem is there is not a tab for current reservations. Updating the app to include a digital room key would be really convenient for guests. Aside from those items, Drury is one of my favorite hotel chains I prefer. ### 2/5 — Not useful *2024-08-23, version 2.5.4* How can it be that I have a reservation for tonight but the app doesn’t show it?! Thank you ! ### 1/5 — Reservations and stays *2023-08-04* I have the app on my iPhone but it does not allow me to put in the reservation confirmation number on my iPhone. Therefore I cannot get credit on the app for a previous night that I stayed this week. I think that it should allow previous stays to be listed as a record for the individuals file. Either the app is lacking and needs updated or it is of no use to me. ### 4/5 — Great app!! *2022-11-30, version 2.5.0* Very easy to navigate this app & find the Drury Inns across the USA using the search function, despite what the other reviewer might suggest, even though I’m also in Canada. I have used this app to find & book stays at Drury Inns often. It allows the user to easily search for accessible rooms & include special rate categories for discounts. ### 3/5 — Gets by but needs significant enhancement s *2022-10-23* App provides the basics to book a reservation. But the app lacks a lot of functionality. Too many to list here - but one HUGE one is that you can't even see the hotel address or phone number and as such there is no way to copy/paste the address. Major fail. (And NO tapping on directions is insufficient - i may want to give the address to someone else or paste it into Google maps) There isn't even any way to send feedback within the app either - ever option on the menu takes you to a way to call someone. NO. Tip: research hotels and locations some other way - then come to the app to book the reservations. **Developer response:** Hi, JustAPaulD! We wanted you to be one of the first to know that we released a complete redesign of the app today. You can now choose your destination and search for hotels near you, by ZIP code or by city. When searching in a location for specific dates, in the list of hotels it might say that one property has rooms starting at $105. But then when you go to select a room the cheapest available option is $145? Where do they do that at? At Drury Hotels I guess. Went into hotel and cheapest was 161.99 with no queens. Went to the website and while still not that low a price they were much better than the app and plenty of queen rooms were showing. How can your room inventory not be the same. Are they not pulling from the same platform. My upcoming stays are not showing and says my rate code is not valid. It works up to a certain date and then is not valid. Can still make reservations, but why not with the rate code. ### 1/5 — Location not working *2026-03-24, version iOS App Version 2.5.7* I have always used the app on my iPad and now it will not work. I toggle the radial button to the off/no position and click Save and receive an error that my changes can’t be saved. That’s is shady and probably violates some privacy laws. The staff is friendly and happy! Service is wonderful. Checkin and valet parking a breeze. We will definitely always choose this hotel when visiting the Burg!!!! ### 5/5 — Drury at Union Station St Louis *2021-06-22* We stayed for 4 days and everyone there was so friendly Kendra that works in the bar kitchen area was wonderful She is definitely an asset to your hotel She made us feel right at home and we looked forward to seeing her each evening ### 5/5 — Would definitely recommend *2021-04-21* Excellent!! Hotel room and bathroom are very clean. Great price. Warm and friendly employees. Manager and staff are very accommodating and make sure you are happy. They took the time to talk to many guests dinning in the hotel. Allowed us to check in early. Free Shuttle to Universal Studios and driver was very nice. Free breakfast and dinner are really nice and food was very good. I have a new iPhone and type in a location and it won’t pull-up any locations.
