### 1/5 — Bugs/app not working

*2022-01-29, version 2.1.05*

When you first download and use the app it’s great, it takes your weight and tell you all the information, but there after the next day and so on, you weigh yourself and doesn’t record current weight and up with weight is different from previous

You have to manually put the weight in and then it doesn’t let you know all the other info about water mass, bone mass etc

App needs to be worked on a lot before it can get a 5 star,
Glad it’s a free app and not a paid one, be a waste of money if it was

### 1/5 — So many issues

*2022-01-23, version 2.1.05*

So many issues with this app and scales. I noticed there hasn’t been an update in 2 years and there’s no developer privacy policy. Being all in Chinese, that’s a bit of a worry 😐 Clearly no concern after development about how accurately the app actually works.

### 1/5 — App Will not connect to scales

*2021-08-05*

I have had these scales for the last 6 months and was very happy with info it provided on the app. There was a app update and now it will not connect to the scales, this is now useless, if does not connect via Bluetooth on a iPhone 5 or 10. Software programmer , get your act together and fix the issue

### 1/5 — Not great all.

*2021-03-16, version 2.1.05*

The app doesn’t show correct readings for where you sit such as ideal, overweight etc. you can be sitting under a good bmi but it labels it as overweight 🤷🏻‍♀️ doesn’t seem that hard. Not to mention to grammar errors 🤦🏻‍♀️

### 2/5 — Lots of bugs

*2021-03-15, version 2.1.05*

I found that I sometimes have to weigh myself two or three times before it actually records my weight. Connected to scale — Please board now — records weight as 0.00 — exit app — open app and try again (2x or 3x until it records). Also, I connected it to my Fitbit and synced maybe the first two times then just stopped. Been trying to reconnect it but now I just have to record manually. That was kind of the main reason I bought this scale, but oh well. It’s useful but so many bugs.

### 1/5 — Not accurate

*2021-03-11, version 2.1.05*

This app needs to improve a lot in order to be more accurate. Any fluctuation to the weight does not record on 1st try and prompting you to add a new profile.

### 1/5 — Application never worked regardless of signup or visitor

*2021-02-06, version 2.1.05*

App counties to say please board never connects to Bluetooth on iPhone

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-02-01, version 2.1.05*

Taking the scales back for a refund

### 2/5 — Not good

*2021-02-01, version 2.1.05*

Was able to use well first 2 times, then it never worked again

### 1/5 — App just crashes on IPad IOS 14.4

*2021-02-01, version 2.1.05*

App opened and set up no issues, Worked 1st time, all the app does now is open for about 5 seconds then crashes, totally unusable

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-11-11, version 2.1.10*

The scale will not connect to my Bluetooth or do anything except give me my weight. Don’t waste you’re money just buy a regular scale

### 1/5 — Awful

*2025-10-24, version 2.1.10*

Gave me a reading once!

### 1/5 — No connection

*2025-10-21, version 2.1.10*

It doesn’t even connect to my Bluetooth. So I have manually input everything

### 1/5 — Request to support Apple Watch

*2025-01-04, version 2.1.10*

Request to support Apple Watch

### 1/5 — App not working properly

*2024-11-05, version 2.1.10*

I was happy with this app in the beginning but two months ago it stopped working properly. The app will read the weight but That is all. No more information is given on anything else. I tried reinstalling it a couple of times but it didn’t seem to work.

### 1/5 — Horribly inaccurate for anything except weight

*2024-09-29, version 2.1.10*

Ok, it gets the weight right as any scale should. All other data is just so inaccurate as to be worthless or misleading. I’ve never been slimmer or fitter in my life and the app says I’m obese!!! What a joke.

### 1/5 — Completely Unreliable

*2023-03-04, version 2.1.09*

The data measured by the BMI scale is completely rubbish and inaccurate….

### 1/5 — App won’t register users

*2023-02-27, version 2.1.09*

The app won’t let users register (even if selecting Apple ID). The only way to measure is to be a visitor which is pointless for tracking.

### 1/5 — Very inaccurate

*2022-08-13, version 2.1.08*

I do not understand the algorithm that this app uses but it surely cannot be accurate.
As an athlete who trains 8 times per week for multiple hours and has a visible 6 pack and just generally well defined visible muscles it fluctuates between giving me a body type of “lacks exercise” or “recessive obesity” and a muscle mass of “low”.
Not quite sure what kind of physique they are aiming for here.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate

*2022-04-29, version 2.1.05*

Very inaccurate

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good App

*2024-08-09, version 2.1.10*

I don’t have a problem with it

### 5/5 — Works good for me

*2023-02-24, version 2.1.09*

The app has been working good with my Aldi body fat scales. Lots of interesting data and very spot on. My ideal weight it lists is close to what I’m aiming for. The weight without fat listed is what I weighed when I was a teenager, when I was super skinny. It calculates your BMI as well. I compared my weight on this to my old regularly digital scales and there was a .3kg difference between the two - so very accurate. The app is a great tool to refer to as you lose weight (or for gaining weight, if you need to).

### 5/5 — Good app

*2021-02-09, version 2.1.05*

Some reviews are bad just because they don’t know how to use this app. Actually it is useful and helps me to understand my body a lot.

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2021-02-07, version 2.1.05*

My wife and I use it every day to monitor and maintain our fitness. Very happy with it.

### 4/5 — Kids results

*2021-01-31, version 2.1.05*

So far so good but wondering why it doesn’t measure or show results (other than BMI) for my 10yo & 7yo?

### 3/5 — Subtle design choices that are judgmental

*2026-03-20, version 2.1.10*

I like the functionality of this app and the ability to track my health metrics, but I have an issue with how the results are presented.

The use of emojis (like the smiley face on BMI or muscle rate) feels inappropriate and a bit disrespectful. It adds an emotional or judgmental tone to what should be neutral health data.

People using this app are often trying to improve their health, and seeing their results framed this way can feel discouraging rather than helpful.

I’d strongly suggest removing emojis and presenting the data in a more neutral, supportive way. Clear information and constructive guidance would make this app much more user-friendly.

### 3/5 — More info would be nice

*2022-01-30, version 2.1.05*

I know this app is still in the early stages but there’s a LOT of jibber jabber i don’t understand there’s needs to be more information and maybe even advice on what everything is and how to utilise it. For example; I have an excellent BMR? Don’t really understand what that means or how to actually use it to loose weight? This app could be really great but right now it’s falling down to “meh”

### 2/5 — Need an update

*2025-01-16, version 2.1.10*

I have used this app now for 5 years , two issues I see that need improvement , if the app get a reduction in weight from scales, it always asks if it is you, remove this issue, and BMI is incorrect. I am more muscle then fat and it shows a high BMI

### 2/5 — Issue can’t get off testing

*2023-05-19, version 2.1.09*

It’s switched to testing when I weigh myself and I can’t get it back! Poor!

### 2/5 — Bar Charts terrible

*2023-03-14, version 2.1.09*

Pretty poor app. Whilst I find it stable, the graphic interface is terrible. The bar charts all look the same height and don’t adequately distinguish the various results. Much better when set on a line graph - but it defaults back to the bar - enormously frustrating . The main weight chart doesn’t have a variable time frame so pretty meaningless as difficult to work out the period. Easy fix and need to get onto it with these simple updates
