Worst experience and needs to be solved asap. Also,raised a complaint issuing the same to their email,didn’t got any response from their side. Therefore,I must say Not so user friendly. Because they are charging extra and providing us that worth of services. ### 1/5 — Misplaced clothing item - Highly Disorganised *2025-07-17* I had given 15 clothing items for laundry, while the delivery agent recorded only 14 on the app. On asking, one of the delivery agents showed me the missing item to confirm if it was mine and assured me that it would be returned after washing in another day. A different delivery agent then told me that my belonging had already been given to another customer since they also claimed it. It is extremely distressing to lose items and having to follow up multiple items for a missing cloth. I have since then received no compensation for the item that was wrongly given to the other customer. Pickups and deliveries are often delayed, and the app offers no useful tracking or updates. When trying to reach customer support, you're routed to a basic WhatsApp bot with no access to a human representative. They also list a customer support phone number, but no one ever answers. Despite promising delivery within 96 hours, my most order has been delayed for over a week with zero communication. They even lost a clothing item on a past order and failed to take responsibility. I have no idea where my order is, how much longer would the delivery take. Furthermore, your customer care has been nothing but rude, unhelpful. Specifically one Ms. Nivedita. Not only was my query not heard but your customer care did not even listen to the grievance but also cut the call. To anyone reading this, please choose wisely if you want to avail their services. Use code Sorry25 for a discount on your next order. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2023-11-04* Horrible service , it’s been more than 48 hours no update of my clothes and no delivery boy assigned and expected delivery date is still showing of a past date .. On 3rd November it was my flight and the customer service employees and the manager was least cooperative they were just telling me about the policies and all . Although the clothes were ready only were not at store they could have taken exception and would have get my clothes delivered but they were stick to their canned responses and one of the female employee customer service disconnected the call without addressing the query . Worst decision of my life also they asked me to pay more if I want my clothes to be delivered on 3rd . No app updates nothing . I would never recommend this app to anyone. I had to went away out of town without my clothes and let’s see what’s the quality will say of the clothes. Now the clothes will be delivered when I am not in town it says that post delivery clothes are your responsibility funny when we needed the clothes they didn’t deliver on time but now when not in town they just want to throw the parcel and when I will be back in town and check the quality they will back off and will again throw their policies drama ### 1/5 — Worst in Kondapur (support & customer service) *2023-06-10* 1. You guys are not at all on time. 2. User has to do follow up alot you guys don’t update if you change the dates. 3. Your staff is arrogant, the best comments from your delivery guy ‘sir we are doing in almost free price i think you haven’t used other services i have used (cloth line - tumblerdry clean - fabric spa) check there customer satisfaction. 5. my pickup person is uneducated dont trust what he says. (delevery boy comments for own team member toxic culture) 4. clots were not done properly hardly 11 cloths were perfectly iron rest was not set properly. ### 1/5 — Terrible service, late delivery, no proper dealing with complaints *2023-04-08, version 10.10.7* They don’t deliver on time. Delivery of 2-3 days inevitably becomes 6-8 days. The executives who we can contact don’t have control over when the clothes come or when they will be delivered. The app will not resolve complaints or even allow you to register complaints sometimes. Their coupon system doesn’t work properly and the calculation of costs is no explained properly. Horrible service. Don’t recommend donwnloding or using. ### 1/5 — Poor quality *2023-03-10* I have given my 3 sarees for dry cleaning and they were returned on time but the ironing is so poor that all my sarees got all folds in and around. I have raised a complaint on this issue and a runner was assigned. When he contacted me, I have informed that it's quality issue and he cancelled the complaint or order pickup. I have called the manager number that the runner has shared with me and he said that a runner would soon pickup the order but no one reached out till now. And the manager is not even picking up my call now. There is no provision in the app to add a comment or update as well. And the customer care never connects after waiting for 3 minutes and it disconnects later automatically. ### 1/5 — Misleading information and bad customer service *2023-01-03* 1. The app provides coupons which can only be added to the order before the billing takes place. The billing happens just after 1-2 hours after the clothes are received at the pick up location. On a whole, the coupons work only for a limited short time. This information isn’t mentioned anywhere in the app. So basically the customer has to download the app, register, get to know the app and then apply the coupons in that short time else the customer cannot add any coupons later. 2. The other weird thing is you can just add one complaint at a time even though a customer has multiple orders. You cannot create another complaint in the app if you have an issue with a new order if you have an active ongoing complaint. 3. Any issue raised via phone call can only be discussed in a limited time frame. Maybe 3 mins later the call gets disconnected automatically and you have to redial the customer care again. 4. If you have a new order when an ongoing order is being processed, the coupon can be applied but it’ll be applied to your complete order, which later will be discarded from the complete order since the coupon won’t work for the complete order. 5. The coupon entered will be applied to the order even if it doesn’t work. In general, coupons don’t get applied to an order if they don’t work but apparently in DhobiLite it gets accepted and gets removed during billing. New coupons cannot be applied later after billing. Overall several issues in the app. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use the app. The service apparently is good. Just the app and customer service are very bad. ### 1/5 — Lost Trekking trousers *2022-02-03, version 10.10.7* I have placed a request for dry cleaning of my clothes. A runner was assigned and he took the clothes for dry cleaning. After 3 days I got my order and while checking it, I found someone else T-shirt, whereas my trekking trouser was missing. I have returned the T-shirt but after a year also, I didn’t receive my trousers. I have made multiple complaints but nothing was done to compensate it. The service is really pathetic.
