### 1/5 — Nightmare to setup, couldn’t order in the end

With Covid-19 they make it mandatory to use their app. We couldn’t get a pint in 30 mins and staff weren’t helpful either. They said if the app doesn’t work, they can’t do anything. It took several attempts to put 2 pints in the basket, then couldn’t checkout.
As a one-off customer I don’t recommend this place.
Question: why do I have to give my e-mail address 3x?
1st: Track and trace. This could be managed from the app, why a separate website, when the app also asks for all details again?
2nd: Wifi. Why do you need my e-mail for the wifi? I’m using it for ordering through your app, where you ask for it anyway. As you don’t have network reception, there’s no alternative anyway.
3rd: Ordering: why do you need my address details to order a pint? You’re not delivering it to my address. For card details 1st line of address and postcode should be sufficient if absolutely necessary.

A poorly designed app - after confirmation email of my order I waited 25 minutes before asking staff when I might receive my pint - was informed that there was no record of my order (despite me showing my confirmation email!). Staff were unsure whether I had been charged or not. Eventually my order was found - I was waiting a total of 50 minutes while other people at my table ordered after me and were served before me
