I'd occasionally having a couple months kinda clean from just white knuckling. I found this app randomly on instagram & instantly downloaded it. It helped immensely for the first two weeks then I started going to NA to continue to support my recovery. I'm currently living in sober living (which I love!), have an amazing group of sober friends and almost at 5 months clean. I just got a second drynosaur in the game that I'm specifically going to use for my adult entertainment addiction that I want to kick. I never leave reviews for anything, but this app was the catalyst that changed my life immensely. The differences are day and night!!
