Dryp classes get the job done fast. I love the app as j can stream the class and play from Spotify simultaneously. It’s awesome.

Dryp workouts are both fun and challenging, Soha does a great job making everything easy to follow and pushing you along the way. The interface of the app is super easy and well-done. I highly recommend the Dryp app for Soha’s workouts!

Soha is a great instructor and I can always find for anywhere from 15 mins to an hour. I did Soha’s arms workout before my wedding and they were amazingggg
