I have deleted and reinstalled, and it appears to be an issue with the app. I am able to log in just fine from the web browser. This needs an update! ### 1/5 — Reviews are true *2020-01-23, version 3.1* Well, the reviews are true. I really wanted to use this service but the app didn’t work. Customer service was useless. Took a week for them to find my stuff. Never called me back. Then I realized they shrunk all my shirts!!! On top of that they’re slow and expensive, especially for women’s ($10 for a basic dress!). The company claims they can’t find my order and now, two weeks later, they stopped responding to my emails and the original order has been removed from my order history in the app. This company literally stole my clothes. After a week of talking to their customer service I requested that they just open my locker and give me back my clothes. It continuously gets stuck on a loading screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but nothing. The app no longer recognizes my account - when I try to sign in I get an endless loading screen. The app also won’t let me create a new account and when I try to use “forgot password,” it says I don’t have an account under my email address. Which of course isn’t true since I have dozens of emails from DRYY to my email address. Unless this is fixed I’ll have to use another provider. I have tried many times on different days, hoping it was a temporary fluke, but keep getting the same result. It is too bad I won’t be able to use this service because of a dysfunctional app. ### 1/5 — Horrible Communication *2021-08-13, version 6.0* Unfortunately, Dryy offers pick up and delivery services to my apartment. Last Wednesday, as a first time user of this service, I followed the instructions noted on the locker for garment pick up, to include downloading the Dryy app. I received confirmation that my garments would be picked up Friday, August 6th. Following confirmation, I never received any further communication regarding the delivery. Today, August 13th, I called Dryy and was notified that pick up had not yet happened. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and overall professionalism of this company. I have requested that the locker be reopened and my garments returned, as I will be seeking services elsewhere. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Surprisingly great service *2021-02-23, version 3.1* Honestly I almost didn’t use this service because of the bad reviews but I’m glad I gave them a shot. My apartment building has a DryyDrop locker set in the basement. I’d never heard of them but didn’t have any other options since it was a Sunday night when most dry cleaners are closed. I dropped three suits off in the locker on Sunday night, and they were picked up early Monday morning and dropped back off before lunch time on Wednesday. Clean, fast, and affordable. ### 4/5 — Great service, app could be better *2024-07-03, version 6.0* I think the service is great. It is easy to use and very convenient for those of us who don’t have the time to drive out to a dry cleaner. The app, however, could be improved. When any of my orders are completed, there doesn’t seem to be a way to track the order and receive the order completion notification via the app. I only seem to receive the order completion along with the locker/PIN via email. It would be nice if all this information was available within the app. It can be inconvenient having to sift through junk email for my locker and PIN information. ### 2/5 — Does Not Recognize Me As An Existing Customer *2019-02-08, version 3.1* I have been a longtime customer with Total Cleaners and once they transitioned over to Dryy I was still able to login on the website using my same credentials no problem and all my information was still there and accurate. With this app however you have to enter everything back in starting with creating a new username and password. From there you then have to add your email, phone, home address, credit card info, dry cleaning preferences, etc... it’s just very redundant, duplicative, and totally unnecessary. Syncing the app with an existing customers online profile should be one of the very first fixes in my opinion. I should also point out that on the mobile platform (not the app) for Total Cleaners, there is a suggestion to Open this Drry Drop app from the App Store. Having gone back and looked at this again on the mobile platform, it actually says DryyDrop and then underneath it reads “DropLocker”. But in the App Store description it refers the company name as “Total Locker”.
