Uninstalled app & reinstalled still problem persist. Now I have a paper weight. JB you need to fix your app. What you not going to stand behind your products. This thing does not connect like it should. If not using for awhile it connects right away and seems to work ok. But if you disconnect it does not want reconnect. Tried on my I phone 6 plus and I pad air 2 works the same way. Do not use this scale because I can't depend on it.payed 200.00 for it I expect it to work. BT would not connect. I have had the scale for 15 years and has always been reliable, the alarm is great! Want y’all to know after messing around with trying to get it BT connected I think I accidentally figured it out. 1- open the app 2- turn the scale on 3- go into your alarm settings in the drop down menu. 4-touch the BT icon 5- follow prompts This is for IPhone- i can’t get the app to mess up again, it connects no problem now. maybe i should delete it and try this again before posting.
