I can't even register **Developer response:** Can you be more specific? Which device exactly, maybe send a screenshot to support@digitalscout.com? Also, it's probably easier to register online anyway, where most of the account and team management is best done anyway: https://dashboard.digitalscout.com/dashboard ### 1/5 — Updates *2018-12-18, version 2.6.3* Live the app and the stat keeping for HS basketball. However, multiple times I’ve updated the app and it doesn’t work on my iPhone after. This is frustrating when you have a game and find out just before. Please test before releasing updates. **Developer response:** We run beta tests, and test on the devices we have access to. It's a challenge to get it perfect everywhere, but we try. As far as we know, it should be working fine on iPhones though. Let us know at support@digitalscout.com what your particular issues is, and we'll address it as quickly as possible. ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2016-05-28, version 2.3.29* They don't let you use this app unless you are a high school team. That is ridiculous! You should get to use this app no matter what. Having to fill out an application just to register your team is not a good idea! You shouldn't have to avoid using this if you aren't a high school team or lie about being a high school team on the application. This should be free to use by anyone without having to wait for them to verify your team. **Developer response:** Non-high school teams have been enabled again. And team registration has always been free and available online. The only verification required is the standard email address confirmation. ### 1/5 — App Never Works!!! *2015-02-01, version 2.3.21* This app never works right. I have had nothing but trouble with it for the last two years. It hasn't worked for over a week and it doesn't seem like anyone is even trying to fix it. I am only rating this as one star because you can't rate it as no stars. **Developer response:** If you have issues with synchronization problems or crashes, please contact support@digitalscout.com. ### 1/5 — djkelley *2015-01-28, version 2.3.21* Since the update on 1/24/15 the app now will not work at all. Can't even select a team, game, or season. Nothing works. It freezes and then closes. Please fix ASAP! Would you guys please fix this issue! ### 1/5 — Basketball *2014-11-21, version 2.3.13* Can you rate it lower than one star? Program freezes then quits every time a shot is missed. It is terrible when a revision to a product is put out that obviously was not tested. The user shows up at game time and cannot keep stats. Noticed the changed to the lineup entry- huge improvement. ### 5/5 — App Fixed *2014-11-24, version 2.3.13* It appears the missed shot crash in the old version was only for users on iOS7 that didn't update their OS. It did not affect anyone on the latest version. I get shot charts, player stats, team stats and player combo reports. Even cooler is the live page that lets parents follow live scores when they can't make the games.
