I’ve never written a review before, but I’ve also never used an app as frustrating as this one. Nothing works the sign in is bugged, I don’t understand how these guys are in business with such an unusable product. I will never get that half hour of my life back trying to get this thing to work

does not work at all. why did my organization move to this app?

Cannot make changes to times on a reservation. There’s an edit button, which takes you to an edit page, but there’s no way to save the changes. Silly.

Appears to use an ai chatbot to book workplace reservations. Not the most intuitive, but it works. The favorites feature is nice for streamlining routine reservations. This is all based on 15 minutes setting up and reserving my first workspace. If anything changes — like something doesn’t work as advertised OR I realize it’s more intuitive than I initially assessed — I’ll update my review. Otherwise, it works fine. Nothing great or awful about it. Just works.
