As previous reviews have said, a wi-fi connection can not be made. It is a known issue which the Developers say is an Apple issue. I also tried to run the app on my iPad running a supposedly compatible iOS version, and found saved videos didn’t save anywhere. Also tracking wouldn’t come up. The app keeps saying that the connection carcam wifi lost! It’s gotten to the point that I have taken the dash cam off my car. But since phone update to an XR iPhone ..if you try and save a video it just disappears and is never seen again ..even after u waiting so long for it to “apparently “ download to your phone...video doesn’t save and it is then removed from device...I’ve had to record it with another iphone while playing it in my phone..just DONT try and download it because it will get deleted.. FIX NOW!!
