L’app semble super, mais j’ai déjà stocké en « Shared location » l’ensemble de mes photos/videos avec Synology Photo. Je m’attendais une compatibilité entre les deux (pas besoin de tout refaire), mais même en pointant sur le bon répertoire et en sélectionnant le bon format de sous répertoire, il ne semble pas trouver les photos déjà stockées. Il semble que la différence se situe au .JPG vs .jpg… Dommage car je n’ai pas envie de tout recommencer

Vous avez raison : la compatibilité avec les sauvegardes déjà effectuées via Synology Photos (notamment la différence .JPG / .jpg) est en cours de développement et arrivera dans une prochaine version.

En attendant, pour éviter de tout re-sauvegarder, activez le filtre Date d'exclusion dans Paramètres → Exclusions, puis définissez la date Avant à aujourd'hui. Seules les nouvelles photos prises à partir de maintenant seront sauvegardées.

Aus irgendeinem Grund werde ich manchmal abgemeldet und muss danach immer wieder alle Einstellungen erneut vornehmen. Wenn man nicht jedes Mal Mobilfunk abwählt, ist bei mir nach einem Tag das Datenvolumen weg. 
Das größte Problem ist aber, nach der erneuten Anmeldung, wird nicht erkannt, welche Dateien schon synchronisiert worden sind.

The issue causing some users to be logged out unexpectedly was extremely rare and should now be resolved in the latest version of the app.

Regarding the synchronization problem after signing in again, the app is normally able to detect which files have already been backed up, so this behavior is not expected.

It disconnects all the time and I have to do a multiple input login to get back in each time.  Once the picture is loaded, the DSM can’t read most of them and they are just iPhone pictures.

it’s a shame we have to pay the Pro version for anything usable: reminder we have already paid the synology device

L’app fonctionne bien, mais les photos sont sauvegardées en basse résolution. Si vous voulez la résolution d’origine de votre iPhone, un abonnement mensuel doit être payé. Vu la pléthore d’autres solutions, j’abandonne.

Ich bin neu in der Synology Szene und hatte einige Schwierigkeiten im Verständnis der App. Nachdem ich mich mit 2 Anläufen nun verifizieren konnte, ging nach 2FA nichts mehr. Also habe ich Thomas angeschrieben und er half schnell weiter. Der Entwickler gibt sich sehr viel Mühe der Community ein Mehrwert zu bieten und das schafft er absolut.

Le top c’est pouvoir décider du format et des dossiers, sous dossiers éventuelles (moi j’en veux pas), et le nom du fichier avec année, Mois, jour et meme heure pour éviter les mêmes noms et que ca s’écrase. LE hic c’est qu’il s’arrête en cours d’exécution. Et que la méthode d’export revient par défaut au pire (le meilleur étant pour moi export de tout sans dossier avec date heure nom)

Impossible de sauvegarder toutes les photos avec l’appli officielle, malgré qu’elle les voyait toutes. je me suis dirigé vers celle ci payante mais qui fonctionne divinement bien. À voir si on peux la partager à la famille.

Bietet neben den selben Funktionen der Synology Photos App ein paar Filter, die nur mit mtl. Abo. Genutzt werden können, dass meines Erachtens völlig überzogen ist und ich es als Scam einordne, da die App versucht die Synology App zu imitieren ind nur minimale Mehrwerte zu horenden Preisen bietet.

I download this app to use the photos backup, but it need more cost, why I have to use this one? When I go back to the App Store,I found it is not made by synology. So I deleted.

I had to get my iPhone restored and it lost all my 4000 backed up pictures.

Multitasking nicht funktioniert. Es hängt sehr oft.  Filters nicht funktioniert. Und es ist dazu noch kostenpflichtig.

Es ist nicht möglich, eine Auswahl der Fotos vorzunehmen; es wurden lediglich ein paar Fotos gesichert; so etwas macht keinen Sinn aus meiner Sicht. Werde die App wieder löschen und auf klassische Weise die Fotos sichern.

Je laisse cet avis, déjà pour féliciter le dev pour son travail et sa réactivité aux mails. 

J’ai rencontré des petites difficultés avec certaines vidéos et photos mais la bibliothèque pèse 1.7To et je ne peux pas être en stockage sur l’appareil. 

J’ai mis le gros via mon pc et à présent je me sers de cette application pour mes sauvegardes quotidiennes, depuis ceci aucun problème, cela fonctionne super. 

Gros avantage et pas des moindres: on peut exclure en fonction de dates mais surtout surtout on conserve les formats originaux et ça pour moi c’est indispensable. 

Faudrait penser à faire la version MacOS qui rendrait le 1er import plus facile sur les grosses bibliothèques. ;)

Прошу добывать кнопку выделить все, в удалениях дубликатов и похожих фото, у меня 3000 дубликатов, сложно выделять все по очереди, так же было бы неплохо, чтобы она искала и удаляла дубликаты на самом Nas

Habe nach einer Lösung gesucht direkt vom iPhone auf meine DS225+ zu sichern und diese App liefert alles was man brauch. Unkompliziert einzurichten und smooth. Und das alles für einen Schnäppchen Preis

Tolle App. Lebenslange Lizenz für 40€ gekauft. Funktioniert für alle iPhones in der Familienfreigabe perfekt. Habe lange mit den originalen Synology Apps herumexperimentiert- war überhaupt nicht zufrieden- aber diese funktioniert top.

Enfin l’appli que je cherchais : capable de sauvegarder automatiquement tous les fichiers photos et vidéos souhaités sur le NAS pour faire de la place sur son téléphone sans rien perdre. 
Fluide, personnalisable et fiable,  merci d’avoir fait ce que Synology n’a pas su faire…
