Chat you can rely on
• Messages and history no longer disappear when your signal drops
• Every message shows its time right inside the bubble
• Bold and italic text from your dispatcher now renders properly
• Mute a conversation, and block or report a message

Rescues you can read at a glance
Bag color and name up front, without the clutter. Tap the address to get
directions straight from the card. Notes from dispatch now stand out.

Metrics that tell the truth
DCR, CDF and DSB are back. Your scores follow your DSP's own performance
tiers, and a good number is never shown as a bad one. Tap any Quality
metric to see what it means and how to improve it.

Schedule and Profile
Time Off now lives in Schedule, where it belongs. The weekly view is
properly aligned, and your Profile loads cleanly.
