Seit einiger Zeit habe ich Probleme mit der App , kann mein Passwort nicht zurücksetzen bzw von Bestellungen bekomme ich keine Bestätigung und es ist dann leider ein Riesen Akt das Geld zurück zu bekommen.

Doesn’t let me use my old account with the new update, trash user interface and very unfriendly.
It force you to select country you are shopping from but there isn't US option. How absurd, they make all their money from American costumers while removing their country.
They lost the little respect I had for them.

Dopo l’aggiornamento non si può più salvare un articolo nelle preferenze, non ci sono più le descrizioni del prodotto (cotone, lana ecc) e infine tolta anche la descrizione delle taglie (Il modello indossa la taglia…). Ci vuole impegno per peggiorare così tanto. Complimenti.

Terrible update!
After upgrading the latest, I do not see United States from the list “Choose Your Country”. Can not see exact local currency. 
Also whatever language I choose, Customer Service is all Italian! 
Even mobile version on Safari, can not scroll down at all!!!
Seem to be no final test before the release?!! Worst update!

App destinada mas te todo de publicitad que de un funcionamiento sencillo y practico .En  ninguna manera puedo entrar desde otro país. Múltiples errores , no reconoce la cuenta ....Malísimo!Al final única manera de hacer la compra e como "invitado" ...Sigue la  tendencia de Dsquared2 de "vaqueros rotos" como "App rota"

L’app non permette di visualizzare i preferiti dall’app… ho già provato a re-installarla, ma nulla non vengono visualizzati. Dal sito internet invece si!

Rücksendeantrag erstellen: Die Bestellnummer und auch die eigene Mail Adresse sind manuell in der App einzugeben obwohl man aus der Bestellung heraus auf „Rücksendeantrag“ klickt. Da müssten die Daten eigentlich automatisch übernommen werden. Dazu kommt noch, dass man die Bestellnummer vorher manuell abschreiben muss, weil man diese in der App nicht kopieren kann (iPhone), um diese dann wiederum auf dem Folgebildschirm manuell einzutragen. Das man den Rücksendeauftrag gestellt hat wird aber nicht in der App vermerkt, noch folgt eine Bestätigung per Mail. Der Kundenservice sagt dann z.T. man hätte keinen gestellt und das deswegen die Rücksendung länger dauert. Zum Beweis muss man dann einen Screen Shot machen von der App. Warum so ein Rücksendeantrag  notwendig ist? Keine Ahnung. Rücksendeetikett liegt ja bei. Alles in allem schlecht modellierter Prozess aus Kundensicht. Noch schlechter ist nur noch Philipp Plein.

Seit der Umstellung des Shops funktioniert nichts. Größen werden nicht richtig gespeichert. Gr.48 eingegeben und Gr.42 geliefert. Wunschliste wird nicht angezeigt. Umtausch Formulare muss man suchen. Als YOOX den Shop betreut hat war alles bestens. Man hat nur Ärger und Probleme. Nie wieder !!!

Brilliant apps. Just got wish they could do much better , as you browsing ، the pictures doesn’t load it’s foggy and blurry, you have too wait at least 1 minutes to load clear image
