My password is never stored. It’s like DSW doesn’t want to recognize anyone they have previously qualified as VIP status or make good on any of the promotions they purport to offer. I had to really dig for offered perks. Put the code in the promo code box during the order process and got told it wasn’t available to apply to my order. Seems like a strange way to treat a customer who’s only looking for this tiny discount for my *birthday*! It doesn’t get much better than that! I guess they pick and choose what and when you can use your earned 20% off!
