This app doesn’t work. After I log in it freezes. I’ve tried many times and nothing. I am very disappointed. The website doesn’t work either. At this point I just want to cancel the membership however there is no option to cancel it anywhere. There is no phone number, no email, no button to cancel. Can someone please help?

I’m unable to cancel subscription and delete my account. There is no option in the app nor the website to stop subscription. There is also no contact number or email to reach out to them. Too many problems with this app.

May I suggest removing this app until it’s ready for release and turning the web version back on.  I’m not requesting a refund just to support the effort. How does one cancel renewal?

Hello! 

Great idea and UI. However, the app doesn’t load and hasn’t been loading after I log in for over a month. Additionally, if you are having a problem with a brother/sister ratio on the app, I suggest waiving the fee for men to incentivize more of use to use your app.

**Developer response:** Hi Bajklj, thanks for the feedback!  If you are having issues with the app, the Profile screen has a "contact us" link that will get you to someone who will respond.  If you are not able to reach that link via the mobile app, there is a similar link on the webapp (https://app.dtheartandsoul.com), both on the login page and on the "My Account" tab on the Profile page.  We've released several versions since 5 sep; hopefully one of these has addressed the issue you were seeing.  If not, please reach out as described above, and we'll have a go at sorting it out!
