User name, password. Every time I go in I have to change my password, even though I wrote it down previously that logging in. I have to make a phone call to get the info i need. Meds more updates and debugging ### 3/5 — Good but needs changes *2026-08-28, version 3.3.8* It would be nice if the ability to log in using biometrics as well as remembering the login information was added for a faster way to get in and unlock/lock the ebt cards when shopping. The app also does not show cash balances. I think that the tab should still be there after you unlock your card to pay for groceries. I believe they’re trying to bring back all the confusion of food stamps fraud & that’s not fair at all. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work properly since update *2025-12-10, version 3.2.8* Once the card is unlocked via the app, the option to lock it again no longer appears. You have to call to lock/unlock the card. Does Maura Healy and Elizabeth Warren realize the amount of food it takes to feed two teenage boys until they’re full.????? yet they keep lowering my benefits. I make less money now than I did and I get less money almost 8 dollars for ground turkey but they’re all for the people. I’m starting to think maybe I should quit both jobs and just live off the system maybe I’ll get more money then and more benefits, absolute joke the state! It states they have very high call volume and to call back later. Upload process is lazy and it is insane to me that at the bare minimum you can’t even label the submission. you can only choose between the “kind of document you are submitting” so i really can’t even distinguish between what submission is what. When a document gets rejected not only do i have no idea what document they are referring to, there are absolutely no notes regarding why it was rejected so I NEED to call the helpline and they are always swamped, I am always on a waitlist. If this app wasn’t built so poorly the helpline wouldn’t be backed up every second of the day.
