But, now I don’t need the data plan and here I find out months later I’m locked into the plan going FORWARD from my Gold discount, not because I was a great high-paying customer from the past 5 years. When the contract ends, so will me being your customer. They make it incredible hard to have the basics on one screen. They try to sell you a lot of nonsense. Might be entertaining for teenager but not for adults. I hope someone in charge is reading this. Seriously bad. ### 1/5 — Super Frustrating *2025-09-09* They keep sending me messages saying I’m out of data. I topped up twice in the last three days which should be enough for two months service, but the service ends after one day. This has happened twice. Called Customer Service and all I get is a recording telling me to top up again! Stuck in Bangkok with no data! Thanks Dtac! ### 1/5 — Fix it *2025-05-22* Too much error even now I want to buy package it won’t let me!! It keep saying check your internet brotherrrrrr I already pay my top up and most of the time it glitch sometimes it not smooth to use it. My current plan is set to expire next month, but the data service stopped working a month early - even though there should still be a month remaining on my plan. This is very frustrating. DTAC has terrible software for this purpose and is unable to activate a card. Terrible app that is useless because you cannot use the service. ### 1/5 — login with phone number is now broken. *2023-06-05, version 10.16.1* login with phone number is now broken. Message: "the app had an error it couldn't recover from. Please try refreshing the page by clicking below".
