It was my very first time! I bought a lot of things with a lot of bills. And to be honest: 1) The App is extremely easy to use, only essential information on the screen, everything’s obvious. 2) Whenever I had a question, the team was extremely reactive, when I say reactive it’s on the minute!! 3) The process is so simple that you just want to buy more and more 😂. And at the airport I saw so many people having so many barcodes and tax forms. It literally took me 20 seconds. Just ONE barcode for EVERYTHING you bought. 4) I’m writing this comment on a Friday afternoon. I scanned the barcode and it was validated instantly yesterday evening. I received the tax refund Friday morning. Thank you for this amazing experience DTaxback!! You’re the best! Then I got a friend who recommended it to me telling me that it is so easy to use. I did try and in fact I’ve literally earned money: first of all there is no minimum amount unlike other option shops and outlets are requesting. It is usually 100€, then you don’t need to keep all documents to confirm them at the customs before checking in at the airport, you only need to scan the barcode from your phone, and last you get 15% out of the 20% you pay as French VAT unlike the usual 12%. It may sound little yet since there were no minimum spend I was using it for every little purchase which ended with a decent amount refunded 175.19€ to be precise. ### 5/5 — Great Service! *2021-10-09, version 1.0.0* Great service.
