After sending money, there are no recipient details shown no name, no confirmation, no proper receipt. You just get a message saying the transaction went through, and that’s it. It’s really frustrating not being able to confirm who you actually sent money to. On top of that, the user interface is confusing and outdated. For a bank, this level of transparency and design is unacceptable.
