I couldn’t even reset my password. Then later I got an email directly from Apple saying my email was used to log into the app on a different device. I never even used my Apple account to sign up. I changed my passwords but still, I need support asap! Idk if I should keep the app once it’s resolved if it ever is…also the whole point of the app is to see your current usage and whatnot…but you gotta pay for that🤨 smh All us basic plan people just sees inaccurate estimates and no activity until it’s done. ### 3/5 — Fairly slow and glitchy *2026-02-03, version 8.0.23* Good to have this information, when it works, but often it doesn’t. Things are often slow to load. DTE broke my account months ago and this app still doesn’t let me log in, so hopefully the same doesn’t happen to you. ### 3/5 — This app is for electric only *2025-12-11* I just found out by calling the help center number on this app that this is for electricity only. As I am a gas only customer, this is unfortunate for me. I didn’t see anything with the App Store, noting this was only for electricity as energy can be both gas and electric. The real time use is really helpful. ### 5/5 — Time of day rate issues - updated for v8.0.4 *2022-07-23* Update: The developers are listening V8.0.4 addressed all the issues below, making this app now highly useful for the time of day rate. You can finally see how many ‘on peak’ vs ‘off peak’ kWhs you have used, which is really the point of switching to get that ratio maxed. I’m upping the rating from 3 to 5 stars. - now if your still listening, just need to improve the login time, please! App worked great when on the standard rate. After switching to ‘time of day’ rate, it was clear little compatibility testing was done. Issues 1) App provides a ‘red zone’ for on peak weekday hours, but can’t manage to adjust at the weekend. 2) live view shows off peak at all times, regardless of time of day 3) Total summary hour graph only shows total off peak hours (no on peak), but this is probably due to 2) 4) cost per kWh is all over the place and never reflective of actual rates. Seems that standard rate is used on some screens and random values in others. Please make adjustable if it cannot be tied to the actual and seasonal rate. 5) many other small problems. Generally needs to be checked for rates other than standard rate.
