Very minor ones. Mostly digital glitches that could be fixed in time. Like my keyboard covering text boxes, alerts with gibberish, logging in every time i pop away for a second. The priorities are set for the business not the guest. The maintenance and contact is buried. Oh and to get a new password leaves you hanging with no instructions on what should be happening. Are they emailing me? Are they giving me a temporary? It would be great to have an easy way to view available maintenance times and schedule appointments directly through the app. Being able to see upcoming visits, get reminders, and track the status of requests would make the whole process more organized and convenient for residents. In-app messaging: A simple chat or message center to communicate with the office or maintenance staff would reduce back-and-forth phone calls.
