I do not recommend using Application Du Pay. The overall user experience is poor, and several critical issues make it unreliable.
	1.	Customer Support: The customer care team is unresponsive and unhelpful. It’s frustrating to resolve issues when support doesn’t address concerns effectively.
	2.	Transaction Issues: Many transactions get canceled unexpectedly, both while making payments and adding funds. Worse, money gets debited from the bank account even when the transaction fails, leading to unnecessary complications.
	3.	Processing Time: The application is extremely slow, with long processing times for basic operations. This can be very inconvenient, especially for urgent transactions.
	4.	Application Performance: The app itself feels sluggish and not optimized for smooth usage, which adds to the frustration.

In summary, Application Du Pay needs significant improvements in customer support, transaction reliability, and app performance to be considered a dependable platform. Until these issues are addressed, I do not recommend using it.

The app is super slow. Takes forever to do basic tasks. The e& Money app is much faster. I requested a du Pay card by Visa and it’s stuck at the loading screen. There’s room for improvement. All the best.
