## What is Dual Account Tool?

Web accounts live across different platforms, while client details and conversation notes are often scattered elsewhere.

Account Desk brings web account workspaces, structured client records and follow-up planning into one local workflow. Open the right workspace, review client context, record the outcome and schedule the next action—all without losing the history behind each relationship.

MULTI-ACCOUNT WORKSPACES
• Organize commonly used social, messaging and email web platforms
• Keep a separate web session for each account to reduce repeated sign-ins
• Group accounts by work, life, interests or your own context
• Choose mobile or desktop browsing and add custom web platforms
• Clear cookies, cache and website storage for an individual account

LIGHTWEIGHT CLIENT MANAGEMENT
• Save client names, organizations, roles and contact details
• Filter clients by tags, source and importance
• Link each client to the relevant account workspace
• Review the complete follow-up history on a client timeline

FOLLOW-UPS AND REMINDERS
• Record the date, method, notes and result of every interaction
• Schedule the next follow-up with a local notification
• Review today, upcoming, overdue and completed items
• Postpone a task or mark it complete in a few taps
