I paid subscription to stop announcements, ads, act, and I’m still receiving them. Can you guys help me with that? Thanks

If you have already purchased a subscription, ads should be removed. Please make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase and try restoring your purchase from the app settings.
