## What is Dual Chat?

Dual Chat & Sync

Need to manage more than one chat account on a single phone? Dual Chat - Duo Web - Backup lets you keep two or more accounts running side by side — work and personal, personal and business, or one account per project — without carrying a second device or signing in and out all day.

TWO ACCOUNTS, ONE DEVICE
Run multiple chat accounts at the same time and switch between them with a single tap. Each account keeps its own conversation list, media and notifications, so nothing gets mixed up.

CHAT BACKUP AND EXPORT
Back up the conversations, photos, videos and files that already live on your device, and export them to a folder you control. Moving to a new phone, freeing up storage, or simply keeping a record — your history stays with you instead of disappearing with the old handset.

SMART SEARCH FOR YOUR HISTORY
Dual Chat - Duo Web - Backup sorts your backed-up conversations and media by type, so you can find a photo, a voice note or a forwarded link in seconds.

PAIR DEVICES WITH WEB SCANNER
Link your phone and tablet by scanning a QR code with the built-in Web Scanner. Your conversations stay in step across devices, so you can start on your phone and finish on your tablet.

STATUS SAVER
Keep the statuses you have already viewed. The app collects them into tidy folders by date and type, so you can rewatch a clip, save a quote, or share it later — no screenshots needed.

AUTO REPLY
Set up ready-made replies that go out when you are busy, driving, or asleep. Write your own templates, choose who they apply to, and turn them off whenever you like. Handy for business enquiries and frequently asked questions.

DIRECT CHAT
Message a number without adding it to your address book. Type the number, start the conversation, and keep your contact list clean.

PRIVACY
Permissions are requested only when a feature actually needs them, and you can revoke them at any time in iOS Settings.
