The readouts seem to be much more sensitive and precise. Development suggestion: it would be handier if it was able to rotate itself on the screen, so numbers would stay right side up. Also, remove any active touch-links from the screen. On my iPad 1, accuracy is off between 1-4 degrees depending which side I measured, which would be good enough for leveling some things, but was not close enough for hanging a picture. I think this is a hardware flaw, not software.
