dualitycam runs the front and rear cameras at the same time. The rear feed fills the screen, your face sits in a small fragment you can drag anywhere, and one tap records everything into a single video ready for your camera roll.

### 1.4.1 — 2026-09-06

Border, zoom indicator and stuck fixes. New scrollbar in the gallery.

- The app reopens at the zoom it shows, instead of coming back at 0.5x.
- The white border for the small camera now matches between the viewfinder and the file (any shapes).
- A stuck launch offers to restart the cameras again.
- The gallery keeps a scrollbar on screen.
- Accessibility. More of the controls announce themselves properly to VoiceOver.

- Zooming or resizing the small camera no longer freezes the main one.
- The gallery button wears the last thing you shot instead of an icon.
- A chevron under the small camera's buttons opens the rest of the controls.
- Self timer, flash and front rotation share one row of tiles in Settings.
- The cameras stop while you are in the gallery, so browsing no longer warms the phone up.
- Recording all three files above 1080p now says what that costs
- Turning Volume capture off gives the volume buttons back.

Zoom gliding. Video stabilization.

- A tap on the small camera opens its options, the border, mirroring and the zoom reset. 
- Video stabilization is asked for on every iPhone that will take it. A switch appears only where it can actually do something.
- Zoom presets ease into place instead of jumping, and sliding across them. A pinch still lands exactly where your fingers are.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-28

A clearer choice of what every press keeps

- Keep originals is now Save all three, and it is a choice you can make while shooting rather than a switch buried in Settings.
- The Format sheet carries the same aspect ratio control the swipe up panel does, instead of a second set of chips beside it.
- Recording with a wired or USB microphone attached no longer ends the app.
- The volume buttons s belong to the viewfinder. Opening gallery no longer record or capture.
- Turning the small camera's border on or off no longer blinks its preview.
- A bug report now carries whatever went wrong last time, and both error screens can send one.
