## What is DuaLock?

You reach for your phone without thinking. DuaLock puts a dua in the way.

Pick the apps that take your time. When you open one, DuaLock pauses it and gives you a dua for the moment. Make the dua, then carry on. It's free, with no ads and no account.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps that pull you away: social media, video, games, anything.
2. Open one and it's paused. DuaLock gives you a dua chosen for how you feel.
3. Make the dua, and your apps open for the window you set.
4. When the window ends, the pause comes back.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER APP BLOCKERS?
Most blockers run on willpower and shut the door. DuaLock doesn't fight the reflex to reach for your phone. It puts a dua in front of it. The pause is short and your apps still open, so it's something you keep using, and every unlock becomes a small moment of dhikr.

WHAT YOU GET
• Authentic duas in Arabic, with transliteration, English translation and the source, so you can learn them.
• A dua picked for your mood, not a random one.
• Your streak, the duas you've made and the time you got back, in one place.
• You choose how long apps stay open and how often the pause returns.

FREE, NO ADS, PRIVATE
• Free. Every feature, for everyone.
• No ads. They don't belong in an app about remembering Allah.
• No account. The apps you pick stay on your phone as private tokens that even DuaLock can't read.

WHO IT'S FOR
Muslims who love their phones a little too much. Late-night scrolling, wanting to be more present in Ramadan, or wanting more barakah in the day. DuaLock meets you at the moment your attention slips.

"The most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if small." Let your small pause be one of them.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-25

A clearer Screen Time step when you set up, and a heads-up on Home if DuaLock can't pause your apps yet.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-21

Send us feedback from Settings. Bugs, ideas, anything. It comes straight to us.

Home now shows real numbers. Mindful time is the time you actually spent pausing for duas today, your streak counts days in a row, and recent duas show when you made them.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-29

DuaLock is now free. Every feature is open to everyone.

Fixed a bug that could leave the apps you picked locked with no way to unlock them.

Thank you for using DuaLock. Feedback is always welcome: dualockapp1@gmail.com
