## What is Dualog Admin?

The Dualog Admin app is the enterprise mobility app that allows Dualog® Connection Suite™ administrative functions to be performed in a convenient, modern and safe manner.

This app does NOT work in isolation and does not have in-app purchases.

Dualog® Connection Suite™ is a maritime digital platform which ensures that internet, email and cloud services work reliably and securely onboard. Connection Suite is independent of specific airtime providers and specific communication equipment. Our ship software Connection Suite Ship acts as a “middleware” between user applications and the ships infrastructure.
Dualog® Connection Suite™ comprises Business, Security and Control and Crew Services, all designed, developed and delivered as state-of-the art services to maritime shipping companies globally, with:
1.    Dualog® Connection Suite™ Ship software with fleet-wide configuration from shore via dualog.net portal or Dualog Admin app.
2.    Managed services at Dualog® Connection Suite™ Cloud, a highly secure and reliable datacentre.
3.    Independent of airtime providers and equipment manufacturers.

Functions currently available in the administration portal (dualog.net) will be alternatively available from the Dualog Admin app, and new functions might only be available in the app. This is to follow the trend that more and more users (and administrators) are using mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) instead of a personal computer. 

Because the Admin app is focused on administrative tasks, it requires administrator authentication to function. The users will be the same as the ones that currently have access to administer their vessels in dualog.net. The initial functionality is the Email Quarantine Administration.

● There is now a landing page with operational statuses and user specific data
● When new ships appear in your fleet they will be automatically added to your ship selection
● General stability and performance improvements
