Duara is two apps in one private space: a science-based cycle tracker for you, and a couples app that helps your partner show up for you.

Most period apps treat your data as a product. Most couples apps know nothing about your cycle. Duara does both — privately, on your device, with you in control of every single thing you share.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

### 1.14 — 2026-08-14

You now choose whether the free version shows ads, with a plain explanation of what the ad code can and cannot see. It never has access to your cycle, symptoms, mood, intimacy or location, and ads never appear on those screens. Change your answer any time in Me → Privacy & security.

Also in this update: removed a sharing toggle that never actually did anything, so what Sharing settings shows is what is genuinely in force, and reliability improvements to partner sync.

Duara Plus removes ads entirely.

### 1.13 — 2026-08-10

The free tier now shows a small banner in two places only — the Play & Connect hub, and the Us tab before you've paired. Never on your cycle, insights, calendar, chat or your partner's health.

Watch one short optional video to remove ads for a day, or remove them for good with Duara Plus. Your health data is never shared with advertisers.

Privacy improvement to partner sharing: pausing sharing now hides your data from your partner right away. Thank you for using Duara.

Free users can now watch a short, optional video to remove ads for the rest of the day. Plus small performance improvements and fixes. Everything stays private and on your device.
