I contacted support and received a phone call from a “representative” who then hung up and loaded some other account with over 600 dollars. Left me in the negative and my bank is still “reviewing” the transactions. Support is hard to contact and the number listed wasn’t even an actual contact for dubhub but a local group who uses dubhub.
