I wanted to give them such a good review but being customer services is a big thing to me when it’s dealing with my personal money beings I can’t link my bank I can’t get my back and for me that’s and issues and raises concern especially when customer services just send me automated emails wait 24 hrs it’s been days and nothing it keeps saying fail to link due to mismatch name I verified it is all the same it won’t link Manuel or automatically help someone

I tried to load money, transaction went through on my bank card end but not with dub hun. I contacted support and received a phone call from a “representative” who then hung up and loaded some other account with over 600 dollars. Left me in the negative and my bank is still “reviewing” the transactions. Support is hard to contact and the number listed wasn’t even an actual contact for dubhub but a local group who uses dubhub. The worse experience ever and site can’t be trusted.
