Not happy with the app. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2026-07-11* This app is unreliable. Regardless of the time or day, it often shows that no buses are available, even when the buses appear to be empty. This makes the service frustrating and difficult to rely on when it is needed. ### 3/5 — Buses not as frequently available anymore *2026-01-22* When I first started using BOD, there would always be at least two buses to my desired destination. These days I have to start booking an hour prior to fine one, even then no buses are available! ### 3/5 — Poor algorithm *2025-07-05* So have used this over a month now. 1. I never get slots even though the bus runs empty 2. Change the algorithm. If the bus has about 12 seats and pick up n drop of each person can be calculated correctly then u can fill the seats , make the shortest distance, and check if the longest path of the person to drop wait time ain’t more than 10mins (u know coz of the shortest path) if its more then give him priority to get dropped.
