Tried more than 50 time it shows always Seats are filled, please try booking a few minutes later. Not happy with the app.

This app is unreliable. Regardless of the time or day, it often shows that no buses are available, even when the buses appear to be empty. This makes the service frustrating and difficult to rely on when it is needed.

Services are not Good - Almost 45 minutes taking to reach my destination-Keeps roaming and taking new new passengers and delaying my Trip every day - Due to which I m not able to reach office on time- worst Algo they have.

This app has made me late for work so many times, it literally took 30mins to pick me up after it said 5 mins pick up, it would pick up people who are in traffic locations and the rest of us have to suffer for it

I haven’t been able to log in or sign up because the application doesn’t show any option. I tried to email the address that would pop up in the application, and they provided me with a number in UK which couldn’t help either

When I first started using BOD, there would always be at least two buses to my desired destination. These days I have to start booking an hour prior to fine one, even then no buses are available!

So have used this over a month now. 
1. I never get slots even though the bus runs empty 
2. Change the algorithm. If the bus has about 12 seats and pick up n drop of each person can be calculated correctly then u can fill the seats , make the shortest distance, and check if the longest path of the person to drop wait time ain’t more than 10mins (u know coz of the shortest path) if its more then give him priority to get dropped.
This helps in fuel efficiency, seat efficiency, time and distance management

This app needs to tell WHEN im going to arrive to my destination, because it makes me late so many times even when i book earlier. So pls fix this and add the timing of arrival to destination.
