It took around a second to load (much better than developers expected (20 secs)) and the ads only appear at the top of the screen - no ads. You can adjust the weather and simulation speed, even when in flight. One problem is setting time to 12 pm actually set daytime to night. Even I completed all missions with them but other planes still wasn’t available.
