However, sometimes it tries to route you through a bathroom corridor that is not open or a parking lot which is not desirable. It would be helpful to have clearer instructions about what floor to go to when taking an elevator or escalator. Hire adequate IT specialists and stop embarrassing yourself. And a word of advice regarding the navigation - make it so when the desired destination is selected it is simply highlighted on the map first and only after ask if the visitor wants you to show him the route. There is a big chance that the visitor already knows the mall well enough without wanting you to point the exact way and just seeing the shop highlighted on the map is sufficient for his needs.
