I’ve downloaded it twice. And every time I open it there’s an empty screen🤷🏻‍♀️

This app was basically unusable for me on a recent trip to Dubai. As soon as I tried to get any info an ad took over the screen with no apparent way to close it. I gave up and used a map I found very easily online.

The ad takes up the whole screen and comes in annoying times

Advertising and subscriptions are needed to fund the development of this app. You should only get 1 full screen advert per session using the app and it should be closeable within 5-6 seconds. If this isn't the case then please email us, support@mapway.com and we can look into it for you
