Not able to request any NOC from the app, and if I raise a DLP I get an appointment confirmation but no one shows up!

Such a huge organization with so many properties cannot test an app before telling customers to use it!!!  Have your technology team do some work first.  This is the first requirement for anything to be rolled out to public!!!  Test Test Test.

The function is not working, so how do you expect to fix bugs and attend to user issues, this is basic, not to mention after 10 years of waiting for the app to be updated, we get same app with new pictures,
