Most of the sections are confusing and useless. The app simply doesn’t work. Other systems from which is it supposed to pull data are clearly not properly linked. Not able to register… throws errors everywhere or you get the circle of doom…. But apparently they publish my details and phone number on some kind of “green list” in there that I am interested in property which I AM NOT so I get all these annoying phone calls! And I can not even take myself off that list! Incredible!! ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2022-10-16* Just useless. Does not even open. Keeps saying it’s updating for the last 5 hours. Deleted and reinstalled the app but still useless. Why do you need another app in the UAE? Can you not figure out a way to combine this plus other govt apps? You’re processed an procedures are way too complicated. Useless ### 1/5 — App service not working *2026-03-17, version 7.0.1* The app ejari renewal service does not work. Quite literally one of the worst products ever made. No functionality and no customer service. And they still refer users to the application. Their offline DLD teams can’t even use it. Masterclass in how not to build a product. ### 1/5 — App Fails to Update *2026-01-08, version 6.13.2* Shocking app, virtual unusable ### 1/5 — Cannot authenticate because Phone Number login has been removed *2025-12-15* It seems DLD recently updated login methods to remove phone number / DOB and only has UAE PASS available. But UAE PASS cannot be used for foreign investors who have not visited UAE before. This seems to mean that many investors are locked out and unable to access their property dashboards. ### 1/5 — Can’t renew Tenancy contract *2025-09-01, version 6.12.0* Pointless app. Literally doesn’t work or serve it’s purpose. Says “mobile number required” under “remarks” in the final step. (What does “remarks even mean - no explanation) enter mobile number and still doesn’t work. Terrible terrible app. No I have to go in person which is super annoying and costs more to renew. ### 1/5 — Great idea, poor execution *2025-07-29* Super buggy, absolutely terrible user interface. Trying to find or access information is a slow and painful process. Nothing works, submitting requests are met with errors. Main ones are title deed search, rental contracts and rent calculator.
