The app is useless. After I downloaded it and tried to open it, it didn’t work.

I waited over an hour at the clinic after being told it would take only 20 minutes.
Customer service keeps saying there is a system issue with no solution.

If you’re here after buying this Insuranec welcome to the club wherein you will waste a lot of time for get approvals - nothing gets approved without 3-4 calls with 15-20 mins each. If you’re in urgent issue be ready you will have to pay! 

I feel this is the strategy by this insurance make it as complicated as possible for customers to claim so they will end up paying rather than waiting for the insurance approval.
