That being said, it sometimes is slow to load, and randomly I will be asked to log back in. Currently there is no way to get your verification code via text, it has to be through email, which is annoying. Didn’t realize until a few months later and they refuse to refund. ### 1/5 — Borderline scam *2026-02-12, version 2.5.1* I had a subscription for a basic membership for a capper and then decided to give the gold a chance and switched my membership to gold… well they only would let me use the rest of my basic membership toward the gold which was whatever so then I decided to cancel the reoccurring subscription. Well months later I come to find out they kept charging me for months of service without emailing me or me even setting it up for that matter. Instead of helping me they then told me I would be banned for asking for my money back when all I want is at least the compensation or at least months of the subscription where I actually know I have it. Customer service was awful too, they didn’t even attempt to help me out they just blamed me. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THESE FRAUDSTERS!! *2026-01-22, version 2.3.12* Be forewarned - these crooks will scam you and take your money. They will not refund it either!! Their subscription radio buttons will jack you up to a high priced option without your consent!! Once you click the button to pay, you are screwed!! They will never refund you a penny!! Avoid these crooks at all costs!! I followed the instructions on how to cancel it and it led to a page that wanted me to pay $150. Then they don’t let you cancel in the app itself. When I emailed before my subscription was renewed they did not get back to me until after it started. RTM’s analysis and hit rate has been great, and even with the losses, you’re still in great positions to hedge and recoup your original stake back.
