Customer service called me a liar claiming Montana has a sales tax and we do not. Then customer service said I had to have an EIN. The IRS says I don’t need a EIN as I am a sole proprietorship. My CPA gave me a letter to explain this information to Dubia.com and show I pay business taxes on my business. Then customer service blocked me from their email, chat, and website ordering. **Developer response:** Hi, we appreciate the feedback and we’d like to clear up a misunderstanding. Your account was not blocked — our team was in contact with you throughout the application. Wholesale approval requires either standard business documentation (such as business registration or license) and an established reseller sales history, and we weren’t able to verify either, so the wholesale application wasn’t approved. Our retail site and checkout remain fully open to you, and you’re welcome to reapply for wholesale in the future once the required documentation is met.
