Your recent communication stated that the matter would be resolved by Tuesday or Wednesday, but this lack of urgency is unacceptable for a company of Dubizzle’s reputation. It feels as though I am being made to beg for what is rightfully owed to me, which is both frustrating and disappointing. I expected a far higher standard of service and professionalism. I urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay. Always get cars from there app. Never had an issue before especially with greyar he is very helpful . Yesterday bought a car and when received the car found many things that was not in report transmission failed and steering box broken …and they sent someone from inspection team to check and he told it should have been mentioned in the report. After negotiation they only agreed to compensate 1000.
