Your recent communication stated that the matter would be resolved by Tuesday or Wednesday, but this lack of urgency is unacceptable for a company of Dubizzle’s reputation. It feels as though I am being made to beg for what is rightfully owed to me, which is both frustrating and disappointing. I expected a far higher standard of service and professionalism. I urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay. Always get cars from there app. Never had an issue before especially with greyar he is very helpful . Yesterday bought a car and when received the car found many things that was not in report transmission failed and steering box broken …and they sent someone from inspection team to check and he told it should have been mentioned in the report. After negotiation they only agreed to compensate 1000. If i want to sell my car with dealers , why should I pay 440 drh / 120 usd per month !!! I can simply google all car dealers in uae and go around and check who will give me better price and it is for FREE! If I am paying for advertising I am expecting REAL buyers approach me ! But looks like real buyers doesn't know of existing of dubizzle , should be better marketing for it ! So for all car SELLERS let me tell you how the process : You put ad , you pay for 1 month 100-150 usd All car dealers start annoying you with a calls and offering you ridiculous price ! Of course they need to buy from you cheap and than resell it for more lol And of course most of them they will not tell you that they are dealers , they will pretend to be buyers , and always they need to buy car for wife or second car for wife lollll ( even you are not interested for whom he is buying , but he will tell you at the beggining that I am looking for my wife lol so now you know it 100% car dealer) . So still by phone he gave a "kind of okay " price , and when he comes for viewing , he will drop the price up to 50% down from you listing price . So just don't waste you time with car dealers all same strategy ! VERY UPSET with dubizzle For wasting my money for ad , and no real client call me !
